Information barriers – management experience in Microsoft 365 compliance center [Public Preview]
Coming to public preview, you will soon see an updated user experience in the Information barriers solution within the Microsoft 365 compliance center. This update includes new landing pages for Segments and Policies.
When this will happen:
Rollout will begin in late November and is expected to be complete by late December.
How this will affect your organization:
Information barrier policies can be used to restrict communication and collaboration between two user groups to avoid a conflict of interest from occurring in your organization. With this preview update, you will now be able to more easily view and manage the policies and segments defined within the Information barriers solution in the Microsoft 365 compliance center.
From the new Policies landing page, you can create new policies and manage existing policies.
From the new Segments landing page, you can create and manage a list of segments for your organization.
